We have started our new project in frogs and this time the kids are making windowpaintings. They start out with four squares on a paper and then they make a pattern by drawing lines between these squares. We have talked about different geometrical forms and its fun for the kids to see and learn how easy it is to make a pattern. They decide how difficult the pattern will be and then we start to colour it with windowpaints. The outcome its really beautyful!!
